All Spree-ers are to read and agree with the T&C before making any purchase.

1. Only PAID orders will be taken in (No reservation of slots).
2. We will only accept ATM transfers or Internet-Banking (No Interbank transfers or concealed cash will be allowed.)
3. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not made within 12 hours after submitting your order form.
4. No changes can be made to orders after payment.
5. Whole spree duration will take around 3 – 5 weeks. Appreciate your patience for the arrival of your orders.
6. In the case when the exchange rate charged by the bank is higher than the fixed exchange rate, top-ups will be required.
7. In the case where GST is imposed, additional payment will be required.
8. We do not allow any changes to the order once payment has been made. Please ensure that you have checked and confirmed on sizes, color and etc before submitting the order form.
9. We reserve the right to cancel the spree in due of a poor response or in the event of any unforeseeable circumstances. Refunds will be made promptly.
10. By joining Shoppaholic Spree, you are agreeable to the Terms and Conditions of the merchants you are shopping at as well.
11. Shoppaholic Addict ensures all orders will be placed correctly. However, Shoppaholic Addict will not be liable for any default or errors made by the merchants or for the cost of returns (i.e. no refunds will be made).
12. Shoppaholic Addict will not be liable for any defects found in the items as Shoppaholic Addict has no control how it is being shipped. However, we assure that we’ll take very good care of your item when it’s with us.
13. We will not be held responsible for any lost mail via Normal mailing.
14. Refunds are only done after spree is completed.
15. Items not collected (after 2 weeks upon arrival in Singapore) or second payment not made for will be confiscated by Shoppaholic Addict.
16. Administrative fee of $1 is applicable for orders cancelled after payment has been made to us (provided that the spree is still open).
17. Please do not send in your orders if you do not agree with our terms and conditions (including all applicable fees). By joining the spree, you are deemed to have agreed to the 'Terms & Conditions' set out by Shoppaholic Addict.
